As the idea of using a Small Business Improvement Consultant or Coach becomes more accepted in the business community, it is becoming more and more important to do your research properly. While many are good at what they do, some offer very little in the way of results and value for money due to their lack of experience or limited understanding of Small Business Improvement Strategies.
